Built on Drupal using a custom Bootstrap, the portal page for the Human Genome Sequencing Center Clinical Lab's effort for the Electronic Medical Records and Genomics (eMERGE) program coordinated submissions and data from multiple genomic centers. The overall aim of this program by National Institutes of Health is to develop and validate algorithms for large scale genomic research and share those results with the scientific community for the development of improved clinical care and support.

 

Genomic Center for Infectious Diseases Website

The website for the Texas Medical Center Genomic Center for Infectious Diseases (TMC GCID) was built utilizing a customized theme for the Bootstrap framework on Drupal. Established by the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases,  the GCID is a collaborative effort by Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas-Houston School of Public Health, Houston Methodist Research Institute, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Rice University for large-scale genomic studies of host-mucosal pathogen interactions. 

Human Genome Sequencing Center Website

Built on a custom theme utilizing a responsive Bootstrap framework on Drupal, the Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center website was the primary web presence for the Center. The website leveraged Drupal Views with the Biblio module and custom content types to provide public information about faculty, staff, projects and publications for the HGSC. The home page featured a rotating slider with stylized header and decorative fade-to-black gradient created through CSS.
